Every business deals with legal and compliance, from the mom-and-pop shop around the corner to the Fortune 100. Every deal, partnership, and transaction starts with a contract. Every market is shaped by regulation. These two pillars are the infrastructure of commerce.

This is a huge industry that hasn't evolved in decades, but that's changing. Frontier AI makes it possible to automate large parts of legal and compliance work with much better speed, consistency, and cost.

We are building AI agents to modernize the infrastructure of commerce and accelerate economic productivity. We are a lean ex-Ramp team building in person in NYC, with real customers, fast feedback loops, and a lot left to build.

You will work directly with the founders to create the GTM playbook: sales motion, pricing strategy, customer segments, outbound experiments, events, partnerships, and more.

• Work directly with the founders to define the GTM vision: sales motion, pricing strategy, customer segments to swarm, and more
• Hunt for deals to build a robust pipeline & own customer segmentation, sourcing, qualification, closing, and post-sales activation & expansion
• High-velocity experimentation to identify, validate, and build repeatable sales motions
• Help build and mentor the GTM team

• Experience working in GTM at an early stage high growth startup. Bonus if you've sold into enterprises and helped spin up that motion
• A technical background, whether it's part of a formal education or vibe coding your own tools on nights and weekends
• You've been obsessively good at something: academics, sports, poker, music, writing, startups, sales, research, or anything else. You know what it feels like to chase excellence
